Faculty promotions at the Congenital Heart Center

Congratulations to Jennifer Co-Vu, M.D., Diego Moguillansky, M.D., M.S., and Joseph Philip, M.D., who have all been promoted to the rank of clinical professor at the UF Health Congenital Heart Center, effective July 1!

Dr. Co-Vu is director of the center’s Fetal Cardiac Program and the Single Ventricle Home Monitoring Program. She is an expert in noninvasive cardiac imaging and in caring for infants and children with complex congenital heart disease.

Dr. Moguillansky is medical director of the Adult Congenital Heart Disease Program and is interim chief of cardiology at the Congenital Heart Center.

Dr. Philip is the medical director of the Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit and serves as program director for the senior instructorship for pediatric cardiac critical care. He also serves as co-chair for UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital’s Pediatric Emergency Work Committee.

We’re grateful to each of these accomplished physicians for their dedication to our patients and our institution. These well-deserved promotions represent their commitment to bringing the highest levels of expertise and education to the Congenital Heart Center.
