About Arwa Saidi
My name is Dr. Arwa Saidi and I am a physician at the UF Health Congenital Heart Center. I am board-certified in internal medicine, pediatrics, pediatric cardiology and adult congenital heart disease. I received my medical degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin, Ireland then completed a residency and fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
Throughout my professional career, I have served in multiple positions involving pediatric and adult congenital heart care. I was the Director of the Adult Congenital Heart Program at the UF Health Congenital Heart Center from 2003 to 2020.
I am the Chair of the Adult Congenital and Pediatric Cardiology Section of the American College of Cardiology and the Chair of the Medical Advisory Board of the Adult Congenital Heart Association.
My clinical interests include adult congenital heart disease and transition care.
