About Kevin J Sullivan

Hello! My name is Dr. Sullivan and I work as a board-certified physician in anesthesiology for children and adults, pediatrics, and pediatric critical care medicine. I chose to be a doctor in order to help sick children and I chose pediatric anesthesia and critical care medicine because I get satisfaction from helping children and their parents through periods of intense stress and instability.

I received my medical degree from the State University of New York in Brooklyn. Next, I completed two residencies, one in pediatrics at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York, and the other in anesthesiology at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, Florida. Following my residencies, I remained at the UF College of Medicine to complete my fellowship in pediatric critical care medicine.

At the end of the day I just hope to provide the best care and support that I can to the sick children and their parents while educating the residents and fellows in training on our field of practice in a manner that is enjoyable and easy to understand.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children, going to the beach, riding my bike and cheering on the New York Mets and Florida Gators.
